This desk toy features a cream-colored rectangular plastic frame with a front window containing red, blue, and yellow liquid, making multi coloured oil droplets. The flowing motion creates shifting abstract patterns. Likely dating from the late 20th century, it is often used as a stress relief novelty or conversation piece. The frame has a black accent stripe on the side.
